Transition FAQs

Citadel Healthcare will provide onboarding and orientation. Onboarding paperwork will be completed electronically via Citadel’s onboarding systems. This will consist of job descriptions, handbooks, and various other onboarding documents.

There may be some title variations based on the current Citadel department structure. Your Citadel title will be communicated on your individual welcome letter during onboarding.

Seniority dates will not change under Citadel Healthcare. However, each location will be operating under a new legal structure. Therefore, new hire dates will be consistent with the first day of operations under the new legal name.

Citadel Healthcare does not plan to make any immediate changes. In limited cases, the reporting structure may change. Any changes will be communicated through the appropriate channels.

Citadel Healthcare does not intend to make any adjustments to compensation. In limited cases, salaries may be impacted, but such changes are not anticipated at this time. If changes are made, appropriate notice will be provided via the welcome letter. Citadel Healthcare’s compensation decisions are intended to enable a positive integration of the two companies and to promote the long-term success of the combined organization.

We encourage all staff to sign up for direct deposit. However, we do offer paper checks for those who do not enroll in direct deposit. Employees will need to enroll in the Timeclock System prior to the transition date. A new timeclock will be provided. A payroll calendar will be supplied prior to transition. The first pay period will be from 10/1/25-10/11/25, which makes the pay period 8 days long. The first paycheck will be provided on 10/17/25.

During the onboarding process, Benefits information will be provided. Each employee will have sufficient time to review the benefits package in detail. We are proud to offer six different medical plans to ensure you find the plan that best suits your needs. Additionally, we offer dental, vision, and basic life insurance. There are also voluntary benefits which include: short and long-term disability, life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, FSA and HSA. We will do our best to ensure that all prior planned and approved vacations are honored and not affected.
