What Information We Collect About You

We collect personal information directly from you when you choose to provide it to usand automatically when you access or use the Services.

Personal Information You Choose to Provide

If you choose to communicate with us, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and employer or company name. For job applicants, we collect any personal information provided on your resume, along with other standard information collected through the employment process, such as information required to complete a Form I-9. When you make a purchase through our web store, we collect payment information, such as your credit card number, to complete your purchase. We also collect any other personal information you share on the Services or which you otherwise provide directly to us.

You can choose not to provide personal information, but you may not be able to use certain parts of our Services if you do not provide it.

Personal Information We Collect Automatically

Along with the information you voluntarily choose to provide, our Services mayautomatically collect certain personal information when you access or use the Services, including usage details (such as traffic data, approximate location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Services) and device information (such as information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, and mobile network information).

  • Google Analytics - we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the Services are used and to help us improve the user experience. User data is all anonymous. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. How We Use Your Personal Information

We may use the personal information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:

  • To provide you with the Services, all related content, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
  • To communicate with you and to process your requests, questions, and comments.
  • To market to you and notify you of changes or additions to any products or services we offer, including to customize your experience and provide you with targeted advertising based on your online activity and inferred interests.
  • To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Services, as well as our products, services, databases, and other technology assets.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

Email Communications

Forms on the Services may include the option to opt-in to emails from us. If you choose to opt-in, we may send you email communications in the future. These communications include, but are not limited to, educational material, promotional material, and notifications about changes to this Policy.

You may opt-out of any future contact from us at any time by clicking an unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us as provided below.

We use MailChimp to send marketing emails. Your name and email address are shared with MailChimp when you opt-in to receiving emails from us. Read MailChimp’s Privacy Position.

When We Disclose Your Information

We may disclose personal information that we collect or that you provide:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • To contractors, service providers, advisors, and other third parties we use to support our business and who use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  • To marketing providers that help us target advertisements to individuals who may be interested in learning more about our Services and who help us supplement personal information we already have about you.

We do not sell personal information. However, we may use or disclose aggregated information about our users and information that does not identify any individual without restriction.

How We Protect Your Information

We are committed to managing all information, including personal information, in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Security

We implement various physical, administrative, and technical safeguards in accordance with industry standards to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Services. Children

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 16 (a "Child" or "Children"). We do not knowingly collect personal information from Children. Children are not authorized to use the Services. If you are a Child, please do not provide any personal information to, on, or through the Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a Child, we will delete that information. We may not accommodate a request to correct, update, or delete information if we cannot independently verify your identity or if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause that information to be incorrect.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.
