Dedicated dialysis suites are available at select Citadel locations for end-stage renal disease patients requiring skilled nursing care. Treatments are offered five times a week, 1.5-2 hours daily, enhancing kidney function, energy levels, and appetite.

We have board-certified nephrologist oversees personalized care plans, supported by trained nurses and certified hemodialysis technicians. Renal dietitians and social workers assist in care coordination, limiting readmissions and providing specialized support.
